The Number One Ingredient to Grow Black Hair You Must Use

water The Number One Ingredient to Grow Black Hair You Must Use Would you like to know what that massively important ingredient is to grow black hair? It’s free and you never have to worry about running out. It does not have to be packaged by your special “grow black hair long,” scammer Asian companies. Nope! It’s easy to get.

That number one ingredient is water. Yes ladies believe it or not water, water and more water. This may surprise you to know that water can grow your hair but it can. Before I tell you while, let me tell you a story first.

Within my family the quality of hair varies very dramatically. Some members have very afro textured hair, with super tight curly until those curls form miny zzzz. While on the other hand there are members who have curls the size of drinking straws and those whose curls are as wide as the mouth of a coke bottle. Like all women in the world these ladies always care about their hair and about growing it longer but again false education always had them running to the store to get the next miracle grow junk. It never worked. But, that did not stop them, oh no they would dash of to the next new fad and so the cycle went on.

On the other hand there was this one aunt with her super ZZZ pattern curls. She had made up her mind that she had tightly coiled hair and she was not going to get in or the madness that all the other ladies were engaged in. She was the rebel and every single day she washed her hair.

She never let a day go without water hitting her scalp and need no tell you what all the other ladies in the family were tell her. It did not matter she did not care. Just to piss of everyone she would often just cut her hair very short all the way to her scalp. I told you she was a rebel. However to the amazement of everyone her hair would grow rapidly. Despite the texture of her hair it would grow and grow. They did not understand how it was that her hair would grow all the way down her back.

Many years later as I became an adult and went on my own search to learn how to grow my hair, I never took into account what my aunt had been doing to have hair which was longer than all the others despite her hair texture.

It took me lots of years and research to discover that water is so healthy for our hair and scalp. Not only is water good for internal function but it helps in growing out your hair. The moment I understand how to use water to grow out my hair and how to use water without letting it dry out or weaken my hair I began to see a great difference.

One of the biggest misconceptions about how to grow black hair is that water dries out black hair. This is not true at all. It’s not true when you know how to lock in the moisture from the water into the follicles so the hair can be soft and full of elasticity.
